Rebecca Badby
Welcome, I'm Becka, a practising Zen Shiatsu Therapist out in the wilds of East Yorkshire. I treat from my home in Howden (evenings & weekends), make occasional mobile visits in the East Riding, and work from a Therapy room at the Yoga Barn in Southcave every Thursday. I juggle my Shiatsu Treatments alongside a four day Marketing role so it can take me 24 hours to reply to messages, apologies if I'm slow to reply. Shiatsu is my first love, I can't recommend it enough for helping the body back into balance and providing a deep sense of calm and well being. If you'd like to ask any questions or chat through current needs for a treatment, please don't hesitate to get in touch. I very much look forward to hearing from you....

Stirling Steward
I graduated from the British School of Shiatsu-Do, London, in 2005, having trained previously in Contemporary dance & improvisation. I integrate body knowledge from life as dancer and mother into Shiatsu practice, with particular interest in my role as listener & a curiosity about the gifts of gravity for our bodies. Living in west Wales brings me close to the rhythm of the seasons, weather and nature. Gardening & working in our woodland is a huge resource for me and connects deeply with the physicality and sensitivity of human touch central to the bodywork I offer. Registered member of the Shiatsu Society since 2017, with continued study of embodied listening at the Focusing Institute. Treatments take place in my home studio in north Pembrokeshire, home visits possible if you are unable to travel.

Ziggy Slingsby
For me, Shiatsu is a beautiful way of connecting to yourself and what you need. I discovered Shiatsu early on in my career as a circus artist and since that day it has been a constant source of support and inspiration: guiding me through burn out, injury, grief, trauma, huge life changes and my creative practice as a performer. I work with hands on shiatsu and therapeutic movement. Through our bodies we experience the felt-sense of our world, so when exploring through movement, receiving touch and having our expression seen, heard or even felt by another being, we can come into the present moment and with this our emotions and deepest self. Entering this territory of the soul opens us to profound healing and insight. I trained in Shiatsu, because I love this heart-filled practice and would like to offer its benefits to more people. I offer you my support, listening, skilled touch and love for whatever challenge life is throwing at you right now, be it health, emotional well-being, relational or simply navigating a change. Sometimes the reason for seeking out shiatsu is not known; it can be as simple as an intuition or wanting to connect more with your physical self and feelings. Each of my sessions are unique and tailored to the individual receiver. I offer one to one, in person shiatsu from beautiful spaces in Sheffield and The Peak District. If you are interested in booking a session or would like to talk with me to find out if I am the right practitioner for you, please be in touch. I trained at Bristol School of Shiatsu and have over five years of practice and working with clients.
