Rita Ferge

I trained at the Shiatsu College London and completed my final year at the Shiatsu College Manchester in 2023. Since then, I have been practising professionally, currently offering treatments at Thrive Wellbeing Hub in Manchester. I am a member of the Shiatsu Society UK and fully insured.

Shiatsu is not only my profession but also something that deeply supports my own sense of balance and wellbeing. I bring this lived experience into my practice by creating a calm, grounded space where clients can relax, reconnect, and experience greater harmony in both body and mind.

My work supports a range of physical and emotional imbalances, working with the body’s natural ability to restore balance. My approach is both grounded and intuitive, with a strong emphasis on listening, allowing the body to guide each treatment and supporting the release of deeper patterns of tension.

I offer a compassionate, intuitive, and personalised approach in every session. My aim is to create a safe and peaceful space where your body and mind can deeply relax, reconnect, and naturally return to balance.

Each session is tailored to your unique needs, inviting healing through presence, stillness, and mindful touch.
