My vision is to help people know and understand themselves more deeply through Shiatsu. I have been practising Shiatsu since 1981 and teaching since 1983. My Shiatsu focus is Zen Shiatsu as taught by Pauline Sasaki, who was my main teacher and inspiration for over 20 years. My experiences with clients over the years have taught me to appreciate the power and the simplicity of Shiatsu touch - it is a privilege to contact someone's body and to be able to help them with Shiatsu technique.

Fellow (FwSS)

I am the Director of the School for Experiential Education in the UK. I started studying Shiatsu in 1973 as part of my Aikido training and have always been interested in how people can become aware of their own patterns through movement and interoception.  In the 1980s I worked with physically disabled children and developed a style of work that focused on developing from areas of ability rather than trying to cure problems. This eventually became a recognised form called Movement Shiatsu.  It is an interactive style that empowers clients to explore themselves through guided movement and to work on their own energetic patterns rather than depending passively on the therapist to treat them. On the way to forming Movement Shiatsu I studied and was inspired by many other modalities and teachers. I studied  Body-Mind Centering with Bonnie Bainbridge Cohen, Wolfson Voicework and Voice Therapy with Derek Gale, I taught in a Gestalt Therapy training programme in Scotland and developed a self-practice form called Inner Qigong.  My wife, Teresa and I teach postgraduate courses in 10 countries worldwide, showing therapists how to incorporate guided exploration into their Shiatsu.

Breathe……take a slow deep breath in.....Calm   Experience the “Ahhh” feeling with Shiatsu. If you haven’t tried it, you’re missing out on a real treat. It’s probably the best stress reliever you’ll ever find.  Originated in Japan Shiatsu, a relatively new therapy originating in Japan over 100 years ago, a non-invasive complementary practice. It blends ancient knowledge with modern techniques to enhance the body’s natural ability to balance itself.  I don’t need to see your pants One of the unique things about Shiatsu is that you remain fully clothed during the treatment.

Jane Prescott

Fellow (FwSS)

Jane supports empathic, intuitive, sensitive souls; lightworkers and starseeds; specifically those 'awake and aware' to the truth about the current world situation, and who do not consent! Living on Earth has always been a physical and emotional challenge for everyone. But during this time of global-scale challenges; activation of our dormant strands of DNA; and awakening from 3D consciousness to awareness of our multidimensional reality - it's is a rollercoaster. Your higher guidance and self-healing abilities know what to do. And, with Advanced Quantum Shiatsu, Meridian Massage or Distance Healing Qi Gong therapy, you can feel the healing process amplify; access your inner wisdom more clearly; recharge your body and being with Light; receive visionary guidance and/or wellbeing lifestyle suggestions. Feel the relief of physically functioning with more ease and less pain; clear away deep emotions, shock or trauma; learn the hidden wisdom in your challenging situations; rebalance hormone and sleep cycles; revitalise the free flow of your life-force energy; and navigate more smoothly through the awakening journey to unity consciousness. *Please note: Jane applies Shiatsu, Meridian Massage and Distance Qi Gong Therapy to support the self-healing and organic evolutionary instructions encoded in your DNA. mRNA gene therapy ('the jabs') alter DNA instructions re: immune responses. Due to the increased risks of a wide range of side effects, in particular blood clotting causing a heart attack or stroke, if you have been jabbed, Meridian Massage and Shiatsu is only suitable in conjunction with a Detox protocol. WHAT CLIENTS SAY"Your treatment has helped me reframe the healing process as necessary and beautiful, not daunting and endless" Marcus "I had suffered a fairly severe injury...Jane significantly speeded up my recovery" Kim "My experience is hard to put into words it was again more about light and transformation... mind blowing. I felt at once overwhelmed and released. It will take me time to process the enormity of what has just happened and maybe even longer to find a way of expressing it". Jan  “Another amazing session with Jane. Very informative and deeply relaxing. Very highly recommended. That warmth at the end is remarkable! Thank you.” Lorna  "I definitely felt the release transmitting down through my legs and feet, thereby leaving me, accompanied with a lightening in my head. It was as though the 'bad' was leaving." Sue "Jane is like a Swiss Army knife for ailments" Paul
