Cathy has been studying different martial arts since the age of 9 including WCK, Qigong and Tai Chi, and started her Shiatsu career in 2014 studying at the Shiatsu College Hastings, graduating in 2017 as the youngest Shiatsu Practitioner graduating from the Shiatsu College.
She was drawn to Shiatsu from the interest in studying body mechanics, movement and the body’s ability to heal itself. She built a strong foundation of knowledge from Chinese texts and studying Traditional Chinese Medicine which she wishes to keeping furthering her knowledge on.

In 2020 she established a studio space in Rugby Warwickshire, 29-31 Clifton Road, Rugby, Warwickshire CV21 offering treatments on weekday afternoons and weekends, please email for enquires and bookings.

In 2019 She Qualified as a Qigong Teacher for Shibashi Set 1 and teaches this privately as well as occasional group lessons.

In 2024 She Qualified as an Acupuncturist with a Clinical Acupuncture certification and offers Acupuncture treatments with options for Electro Acupuncture and Acupuncture with Moxibustion alongside her Shiatsu Treatments
