Welcome, I'm Becka, a practising Zen Shiatsu Therapist out in the wilds of East Yorkshire. I treat from my home in Howden (evenings & weekends), make occasional mobile visits in the East Riding, and work from a Therapy room at the Yoga Barn in Southcave every Thursday. I juggle my Shiatsu Treatments alongside a four day Marketing role so it can take me 24 hours to reply to messages, apologies if I'm slow to reply. Shiatsu is my first love, I can't recommend it enough for helping the body back into balance and providing a deep sense of calm and well being.
