Shiatsu for health & wellbeing classes are springing up around the UK

Sometimes known as ‘Grassroots Shiatsu’, these community classes can be a low cost way of finding out more about Shiatsu as well as learning strategies that support your health. Learn Qigong, Self-Shiatsu, Mindfulness and gentle stretches with a Practitioner who has spent at least three years learning and practicing these arts as part of their Shiatsu training.
