My journey to becoming a Shiatsu Practitioner started in January 2017 and qualifying in December 2019. I was trained at the Aberdeen School of Shiatsu. While there I learned many new skills and how to look at life in a better way. During this long trip I met a lot of fantastic people, some I now have the privilege of calling friends.

While training in Aberdeen, I was given the chance to expand my knowledge by becoming a teacher. A teacher in the Samurai Programme for children. Basically teaching them how to have respect for others, as well as themselves. 

I do mainly home visits or on a Sunday practice from Harmony Holistic in Fraserburgh (booking required).
