Sarah holds a practice space for you to come as you are and be heard. A safe place to explore what is going on for you and any pain or physical symptoms in your body. Where a treatment is tailored for you that supports your well-being, body & self. There will be space to explore any emotional pain, or difficulty if wanted; life experiences around loss, trauma, and challenges in life all welcomed into the therapeutic space between yourself & Sarah. . 

Treatments available -

Sarah's home practice - Lydbury North  ( Thursday / Friday). 

Ludlow -  Spiro clinic in Shropshire ( Tuesday & some Saturdays )

Shrewsbury - Jenna Blair Yoga studio ( Thursdays by arrangement ). 

Treatments run:  1hr
