I studied with the Aberdeen School of Shiatsu, and have been practicing in Dufftown, at Good Vibrations, attached to The Collectors' Cabin, as well as at my home in Knockando, near Aberlour, in Speyside, and occasionally at a client's home. If you wish me to work with you at your home I will consider, but I prefer to work in the spaces I have made as I wish for your best experience. I go by Edie. I'm a very good listener, and this is what I love to do - working with people to help them find balance so the body can do what it knows how to do. I don't currently have any particular specialisms, and I am open to seeing whomever turns up with whatever they have need for.
If you're not sure if what Shiatsu is can help you, have a chat with me. If there is a better direction for you I will point you in that direction.
I'm happy to offer advice for self-help when you go away, as well as food / eating and exercise advice. This is all part of the training, and part of the service.
