Hello

My name is Frances.

I am a fully qualified professional Shiatsu & Holistic Acupressure Practitioner based in Hebden Bridge, West Yorkshire. I trained with the Shiatsu College Manchester.

I support clients through bodywork to reconnect and get in touch with their own ability to heal, by creating nurturing spaces to develop body-mind awareness, interconnecting heart, body, mind & spirit.

Working both online and in-person in both Shiatsu and Qigong.  I run a weekly Qigong class and offer online support sessions in emotional and physical self-regulation.

I really enjoy collaborating with other specialists to run workshops bringing embodiment to compliment other therapies and modalities.  Currently I am taking part in work around the subjects of Stress, Emotional self-regulation, Burnout, Eco-anxiety/Climate anxiety and Menopause.   I have strong interest in and bring bodywork to activists for environmental and social change.
