Currently I have a home practice.
There is free parking over the road at Alexandre Drive and plenty busescoming this way (Lothiand bus + 10 min walk max, 3,33,25,38,2,1, 22,44,4)
The practice is on the first floor with no lift.
Sessions last about one hour and are received fully clothed on a comfortable floor mat.
