Fiona Carson has been a member of the Shiatsu Society since October 2000.

Hello, my name is Fiona Carson and I have been working as an holistic health practitioner for 20 years, using zen shiatsu, energy healing and kinesiology to help clients with a wide range of ailments.  Every person is different and every session is individually tailored to suit your needs.



My mission is to help you feel better on every level, and to support and empower you to connect with your body and your deepest levels of self, in order to heal, grow and thrive.

I discovered shiatsu over 20 years ago through a friend who was studying shiatsu and used me to practice on - I couldn't believe how fantastic I felt after a shiatsu session - as if I was floating on air and had been re-assembled into a more fluid but grounded form!

I qualified from the European Shiatsu School in 1994, following three year's training and have been fully accredited by the UK Shiatsu Society. I qualified as a kinesiologist in 2019, after completing two years training in Systematic Kinesiology and I am registered with the Kinesiology Association.

I have run clinics in Reading, Henley, Marlow, Midgham and London over the past 16 years. I was resident shiatsu therapist at HM Treasury for 5 years, helping staff cope with working in an incredibly stressful environment. I have been running a weekly clinic for NHS staff at The Royal Berks Hospital for the past 7 years .

I currently work from clinics in Marlow and Midgham, West Berkshire and at my home in Reading.

I am also available to do home visits.
