I qualified from the Bristol school of Shiatsu in 2013 and since then have been working in a variety of contexts : with clients with substance misuse issues, Covid rehab patients in the NHS, residential care homes, offices, Welsh Rugby Union staff, Platfform mental health charity, private practice and festivals. I facilitate well being workshops for organisations and charities and offer a Foundation level course in Cardiff.  I'm keen to make Shiatsu accessible to people who may experience barriers to treatment and learning, please check my website and socials for info.
