I grew up in Banchory and moved to Glasgow to study accountancy. I worked as an accountant in Glasgow for a few years before moving back to the North-East to work in Aberdeen.
My own health problems introduced me to the wonders of Chinese Medicine in 2016. After suffering with chronic migraines for a number of years and becoming increasingly dissatisfied with the side effects of the medications I was taking, I turned to Traditional Chinese Medicine. Shiatsu, acupuncture and herbs provided me with a foundation to my journey to recovery and now I am migraine free!
I began studying shiatsu in 2017 and was instantly fascinated by it. In 2018 I made the decision to move away from accountancy so that I can help others through shiatsu. I qualified as a shiatsu practitioner in 2019.
