Amy first learnt basic Healing from a very young age, having incidentally/coincidentally been introduced to it and found that it came naturally to her. She then trained in Shiatsu at the University of Derby, graduating in 2006. She began practicing soon after and gradually accrued training in many other Complementary Therapies as well. She finds that it's like having a large toolbox - finding the most appropriate tools/ techniques for the client and their unique situation. Amy is particularly interested in bio-mechanics and pain management but also loves to help her clients achieve a greater state of balance, wellbeing and increased level of happiness. Listening and quality of touch are the key fundamentals to begin your healing journey.
