I've been working as a Zen-Shiatsu therapist since 2002, and now work from home in the Lune valley, from a campus clinic at Lancaster University and I make home visits in the local area.
Shiatsu gives my patients the space and time to be listened to, a chance to feel welcomed and supported, and encouragement to accept and change. I am forever surprised at how Shiatsu can be so simple and yet so profound and feel simply blessed to be able to share Shiatsu with people along their health journeys.
I also teach Tai Chi and Chi Kung (Qigong) in Brookhouse, and have an interest in healthcare research, particularly around anxiety, stress and depression.
