My journey with Shiatsu has started in 2019 with a desire for a healing path that cultivates a deeper connection and mind-body awareness which has been my approach to both my practice and personal life ever since. 

Heiwa is a Japanese word for peace that aligns with what I would like to offer as a Shiatsu Practitioner in my sessions, to invite the body and mind to a safe and peaceful space where healing can occur.

I currently offer Shiatsu treatments in Hulme, Manchester.
