About
Shiatsu with Louise Neter in Eastbourne
I’m a Shiatsu Practitioner trained with the Shiatsu College Hastings, offering gentle, grounding treatments that support you through everyday life as well as times of unexpected change — whether that’s shifts in work, relationships, health, or the transitions that naturally unfold through our lifetimes.
Shiatsu treatments create space for you to settle, breathe and reconnect with yourself. With a focus on supporting your wellbeing as a foundation for self‑care — helping you feel more resourced, centred and able to meet what’s happening in your life with steadiness and clarity. This is time just for you: restorative, nurturing, and deeply replenishing.
If this kind of supportive touch therapy feels right for you, I’d love to welcome you to Shiatsu.

Treatment Approach
My approach to Shiatsu is gentle, attentive and rooted in deep listening. Each session offers a softly held space where you can slow down, feel into your own rhythms, and allow the body to speak in its quiet, honest ways.
Rather than working on the body, I work with it — responding to subtle shifts, energetic currents and the places that naturally draw attention. Touch becomes a way of meeting you exactly where you are, whether you’re navigating everyday demands or moving through periods of unexpected change in work, relationships or health.
The sessions are unhurried, spacious and grounding. They invite a soft unwinding of tension and a settling of the nervous system, helping you reconnect with a steadier, more resourced version of yourself. This is foundational self‑care: time to pause, breathe, and let your system remember ease.
You’re welcome just as you are.
