Gentle, nurturing and supportive shiatsu, experience with all ages including people with severely limited mobility, elders and people with Parkinsons and dementia as well as those who are experiencing stress, anxiety or fatigue. Also working with people who would like to support or enhance their well-being and immune system, working with the whole body, mind and spirit.

I work with a luxury padded floor futon or treatment couch depending on which suits you best, or can adapt to work with you seated or on a bed if needed.  I can visit you at home in the local Blandford area and frequently travel to other areas of Dorset including Bournemouth, Poole, Christchurch and the Purbeck area, including a weekly visit to Swanage. I have access to a lovely spacious 'room with a view' with good parking if you prefer to come to Blandford.

I qualified in 2021 after 3 years of wonderful Zen Shiatsu training at the Bath School of Shiatsu and Yoga. Before that I enjoyed working in access to coast & countryside and nature conservation for many years whilst bringing up children, dogs and cats. I had a long-held dream of becoming a shiatsu practitioner after experiencing shiatsu myself 28 years earlier!  Attractive gift vouchers are available if you would like to gift a session to someone special.
