I began my journey with oriental medicine in late 1980 when I started studying Taiji and went on to becoming a fully qualified Taiji teacher in 1997 and have been teaching since. I completed the Zen Shiatsu course with Glasgow School of Shiatsu in 2024. I have worked a lot with people with long-term and chronic conditions. I was employed by Parkinson’s UK for 9 years where I supported people with Parkinson’s.
I enjoy providing the modality of Shiatsu treatment and the gentle Qigong movement together. I encourage and support people to do exercise for themself and point them towards my YouTube channel, which is specifically there for clients and students.
