Treatment Approach
My Shiatsu treatments are client-centred, trauma-informed, and based on deep listening to the body. Using mindful pressure, gentle movement, and stillness, I work with the meridian system to support balance, nervous system regulation, and the body’s natural capacity to heal.
Each session is adapted to what is present on the day, creating a safe and grounded space for release, integration, and reconnection. Shiatsu is received fully clothed and aims to support both physical wellbeing and emotional resilience.
