Martha offers bespoke bodywork treatments to clients who are in need of a deeply nurturing treatment to restore, reduce tension and stress or to those who may be in pain, suffering soft tissue injuries or discomfort.

Martha’s treatments are a fusion of both eastern and western advanced clinical massage techniques, which include: deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, myofascial release, hot and/or cold stones, soft tissue release, Lomi Lomi techniques, scar work, sports stretching, joint mobilisation and acupressure (acupuncture) points and meridians (shiatsu). Guidance can be given on effective and appropriate after-care (relaxation techniques, exercises and lifestyle adaptations), to help clients facilitate their own healing.
