My Shiatsu approach is influenced by my love of free and expressive movement. I marvel at how the gentle form of Shiatsu touch can help us to free old patterns of pain and restriction to reconnect with the feelings of wellness and ease.

I have been practising Shiatsu for 30 years.

I specialise in cancer care, chronic holding patterns, tension release and relaxation.
