Based in Derbyshire, Zen Shiatsu style that uses the Chinese energy meridians and points to benefit your being on a physical, mental, energetic and spiritual level. Maria practices Tai Chi and Chi Gung which have informed and developed her practice over many years and is interested to work with the body's own natural healing capacities to bring about change and improved wellbeing.
