I am a graduate of Shiatsu College, qualified in Holistic Acupressure and professional Shiatsu practitioner with 20+ years of experience in Zen Shiatsu.
I am also a graduate of the International Macrobiotic school, qualified in Macrobiotic Cook, Health Adviser, with 20 years of experience in macrobiotic cooking and personalised diet plans.
I’ve been trained in Zen Shiatsu technique by completing four years of full professional training, which has greatly influenced my approach to health and wellness.
My passion is to help others feel better by restoring the flow that life is meant to have.
