I first discovered the beauty of Shiatsu during my pregnancy, a turbulent time in my life full of mental and physical change. As a receiver, Shiatsu grounded and supported me, calming my whirling emotions and caring for my changing body.

It’s safe to say that I fell deeply in love with it and decided to pursue this interest by spending 6 years studying the discipline in my home country, Italy. To this day I am continuously studying and finetuning my techniques to improve my client’s psychophysical wellbeing through Shiatsu.

Over the years, I have experimented with various support techniques for the body, mind, and spirit, building a knowledge which I bring together in each of my treatments.

I gained my diploma in the European School of Shiatsu in Rome, and am also qualified for Massage Therapy, Crystal Healing, and Reiki.

I am fully insured and a member of the Shiatsu Society
