I have always worked in sales, and always have put people at the heart of what I do; however I was a semi professional dancer until my mid twenties. I run 2 clinics in Stonehaven and Aberdeen city, Scotland, and teach Qigong. In 2022, I embraced the Teacher training program and I am, since, part of the Teachers panel at Aberdeen School of Shiatsu.
I am specialised in releasing the effects of trauma using the Neuropath Reset Method technique, shamanic practices and fascia release .
