I have been studying and practicing Shiatsu for 23 years + now and the depth and quality of treatment gets deeper and more profound with time and experience.
Shiatsu is such a holistic treatment that treats body, mind, soul and spirit, physical and emotional. I work very intuitively and relationally with my clients and I really love being able to access new levels of connection and wellbeing with them so that they can get the transformation that they came for. I am continually blown away by the change that can happen in even 1 session. Shiatsu really can change lives.
About
I’m a holistic and Shiatsu practitioner and am passionate about health and wellbeing.
My own personal journey has been through addiction, trauma and abuse and Shaistu alongside rehabilitation other therapeutic interventions has really helped me to be able to move forward in a very positive way, in my life.
I have a healthy connection with life with continually guides me and I enjoy singing, dancing, music and nature. My utmost passion is for horses who continue to be soul mates and a very grounding connection for me.

Treatment Approach
I work holistically, relationally and intuitively. I believe that anyone can heal within the parameters of their physical body, given the right circumstances and environment. One persons health may look significantly different to another’s, however each person has their own potential and possibly for what is achievable on terms of health and wellbeing and I strongly support that within a session working with clients and what they want.
Life is a constant journey that continues to teach and show me the way.
