Edie Horton

I practice in Dufftown, at Ambience Therapies on Balvenie St, as well as at my home in Knockando, near Aberlour, in Speyside, and occasionally at a client's home. If you wish me to work with you at your home I will consider, but I prefer to work in the spaces I have made as I wish for your best experience. I go by Edie. I'm a very good listener, and this is what I love to do - working with people to help them find balance so the body can do what it knows how to do. I don't currently have any particular specialisms, and I am open to seeing whoever turns up with whatever they have need for.

As a part of your treatment I will offer advice for self-help when you go away, as well as food / eating and exercise advice.

My treatments flow with a grounding in Zen Shiatsu. To this I add the energetic connection I have with Reiki energy, and an openness to whatever energies wish to work on behalf of your highest good and the highest good of all.
