Daniela Voit
I practice Shiatsu and Sei-Ki since 2017. Having received Shiatsu since I have been 18, I am very attuned to Ki movement in my body and therefore in people's body's.
Sei-Ki is intuitive touch art that allows the receiver to unfold fully and be seen through touch for who they are.
I love working with women. I am moving into working with women in regards to their menstrual cycle in connection to their emotional health, peri-menopause and menopause.
Through giving chair Shiatsu in an office, I collected a lot of experience in working with tense and painful backs and shoulders.
About
I qualified as a Shiatsu Practitioner in December 2017. Having received Shiatsu since I have been 18 I am very attuned to Ki movement in my body and therefore also in people's body's who come to see me for Shiatsu. The success and change in receivers that one can achieve with Ki, mindfulness and intensions is fascinating.
Having come to Shiatsu because of my mental health struggles as a teenager working with people with anxiety, depression, stress and other mental health difficulties is close to my heart. During my studies I volunteered for the Mental Health Charity Mary Frances Trust every Friday. It gave me the confidence and knowledge to give Shiatsu to people struggle with their mental health.
I am also very much involved in Sei-Ki. Developed out of Shiatsu, by Matsunaga's main disciple Kishi Akinobu, Sei-Ki is closely aligned with Shiatus and Japanese Culture. Sei-Ki is intuitive touch - through touch we are listening to the inner movement of another life, generally a human, and are giving this life the vessel and space to expand.
My love for nature and having had deeply calming experiences in nature during emotional difficulties lead me to also train to be a Forest Bathing Guide. Forest Bathing is a mindful walk through the Forest with the focus of opening all our senses to our Forest surroundings through different invitations. This full immersion in the forest can be eye opening and deeply changing.
