I'm Asta, your local mobile Zen Shiatsu practitioner for Hanwell and West Ealing area in London. After a few years of giving Shiatsu to friends and family whilst raising my three little kids, I am very excited to now offer relaxing and nourishing Zen Shiatsu sessions to local women in the comfort of their homes.
