Professional Members (MrSS, SrSS and FwSS) and Student Members (Beginner and Advanced) have been invited to attend the AGM to understand the business context in which the Shiatsu Society has been evolving since the last AGM, engage with the Board about the 2020 Year-end financial results, and to discuss and vote upon the Directors' Reports.

Members are required to register in advance to attend the meeting, leaving at least 24 hours before the meeting to ensure they receive the AGM link in time.

Please note that the meeting is limited to 100 attendees. If more than one person is attending the AGM meeting on a computer or phone, only one of you will be able to vote via the Zoom Poll function so the other people in your group should complete the proxy voting form in the addendum.

We've sent Professional and Student members a proxy voting form (deadline for completion 5pm Wednesday 8th) if you are unable to attend the meeting and wish to vote in advance.
