Grassroots Shiatsu

Grassroots Shiatsu is a term coined by the Shiatsu community to refer to classes, events, workshops or courses where people can learn Shiatsu without enrolling for a professional diploma. Schools and individual teachers throughout the UK offer these courses, which can run from one day to a more intensive 6-month introduction. Grassroots Shiatsu can provide a hands-on opportunity to learn basic skills to help support your friends and family. These sessions are taught by fully qualified practitioners who have completed at least 3 years of training.
