Don’t worry – you can reset your login details easily. Just refer to this page it will guide you to request your one-time use reset email to be sent you to where you can create a new password. I’m a professional member, how do I complete my profile on the website?

As a starting point please ensure that you have a practice name and have ticked to include your details in the website search - this will ensure you are found on the search registry. Please note that your practice name does not include any specifical characters – aka dashes, hyphens, colons etc to ensure the link works correctly.


Adding a region will help with the registry search – so complete the region field to let us know where you are based. You’ll find more tips and detailed information here in our guide to the different profile areas and how this relates to the search. We recommend reading this before adding your practice information. And finally, remember we are here to help, so if there is an aspect of your profile you aren’t quite sure about, just drop us an email to [email protected] and we’ll help you get set up.

What is a session?

Use the Sessions function to detail one or more of your modalities you offer your clients:

  • Venue: You can associate a session with a venue, this will be seen on you practitioner profile page
  • Days & Times: You can display when you run these sessions, day of the week & time specific
  • Session Details: Use this to describe treatments, online classes, mobile sessions, specific to you and the treatment type.
  • You can show fees, accessibility information, and add images to make your
  • Is this session active?: A session can be temporarily switched on or off, this is useful if you wish to pause a session for any reason.

I’d love a paper copy of the Journal

You need to be a member to recieve the journal,, and you can let us know by logging in, going to 'Membership' section in the  'contact preferences' sub-section, tick the "Journal in print" box & save.

Alternatively you can mail Ruth [email protected]. You’ll be added to the distribution list to receive copies going forward by print. You’ll also receive a copy by email for your convenience.

CPD - Who has to do it?

All Professional Members (MrSS, SrSS and FwSS) and also Associates who have completed a Yr1 Certificate and are on the SSUK Register of Wellbeing Practitioners.

How do I add a new activity into my CPD journal

How do I keep a tally of how many hours of CPD I’ve done and in which category of activity?

All of the categories appear as options in the online menus when you log in to your CPD page, all you need to do is tick the relevant box, record how much time you spent on that activity and note how you felt it contributed to your practice. The system will automatically tell you how many hours out of your total 15 required you have completed and how many to go for this year. CPD runs alongside your membership year - this is noted on you CPD activity page.

How many hours do I have to do annually?

15 hours of activities, taken from more than one of the 4 main categories.  These can be spread over your membership year.
