- About me
I graduated from the London College of Shiatsu in 2003 and was accepted onto the Shiatsu Society's professional register the following year. I began my teacher training with the European Shiatsu School in 2004 and became a registered teacher in 2008. I am also a qualified Kundalini Yoga teacher and have a CYQ Level 3 in Teaching Yoga.
I have worked in a variety of fields including arts press and PR, book publishing and higher education administration. I am currently Complementary Therapies Manager (part-time) at the Brent project of a national drug and alcohol treatment charity. In addition I manage the Educational Awards scheme at the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy.
I teach at the London branch of the European Shiatsu School and have a particular interest in Zen Shiatsu. My teaching is informed by my interest in yoga, nutrition and the extensive clinical and supervisory experience I have gained since working in the field of substance misuse and addiction.
