About me

I have been practising Shiatsu in the Lake District since 1990. My introduction to shiatsu came on the Greek island of Skyros, after which I sought training with the  British School of Shiatsu-do in London. I have since studied with several teachers of international renown. 
As a body worker I have been further influenced by Feldenkrais Movement, Yoga, Alexander Technique and Tai Chi.
In my spare time I grow organic vegetables and enjoy fair-weather cycling. My politics are green and I aspire to “Slow Living”.
