I have spent most of my adult life working with the physical body and emotion in one way or another. I started out as a physical theatre performer, and continue to explore contact dance, 5 rhythms, movement of being and Qi-Gong. This gives me a strong grounding in my own body and emotions, and opens the space for my clients to explore deeply whilst feeling safe and held.
I am also a mother of two, and I enjoy working with mothers and pregnant women. This is an important time for women to receive treatment. Shiatsu at this time can help maintain your health aswell as your sanity!
