I specialise in understanding the core issues of a client's symptoms and work on a deep level to improve wellbeing holistically. I work gently with both the energetic system and the physical structure of the body to improve the function of body and mind.

I am passionate about Shiatsu. For me it is like a 3D jigsaw puzzle and I gain deep satisfaction from seeing my clients leave in a better state than they arrived in!I am a highly qualified Biologist, Teacher, Shiatsu Practitioner and Pilates Instructor.
I graduated from the Devon School of Shiatsu in 2001 and have since been back to assist on courses. I have studied Equine Shiatsu and natural horsemanship with Sue Hix in Spain and The School of Equine Shiatsu in the UK. I have had a busy Shiatsu Clinic since 2000 and worked in palliative care, at a Health Farm and for a charity.

My Pilates training was at the highest level through The Pilates Studio Taunton with Karen Pearce and with Alan Herdman in London. Alan Herdman introduced Pilates to the UK over 30 years ago after studying in New York with one of Joseph Pilates' trainee's He is the UK's number one Pilates expert with studios all over the world.
I have instructed at The Studio and have been running popular Pilates Mat-work Classes for several years.
I use my knowledge of the body, Shiatsu and Pilates to give my clients an all round treatment package.
