Iv been a Teacher of the Alexander Technique since 1988. I also have a passion for working with plants, partially, European  Herbal Medicine. Since 2000. Iv been teaching communication skills and offering Anger Management  training and offering Mediation. My work takes me all over the UK  and to Germany and as far as Kenya.
