ABOUT ME
I first came across shiatsu whilst studying t'ai chi when a fellow student was able to sort out a chronic ankle injury. Then a couple of years later, whilst working for a voluntary organisation, I was introduced to a practitioner who was treating wheelchair users. I managed to blag a treatment and was overwhelmed by the experience.
I went on to study at the British School of Shiatsu-Do and graduated in 1995 after three years. Since then, I have studied Seitai with Robin Wagg and then went on to graduate with a BSc in Acupuncture from the London College of Traditional Acupuncture / University of Portsmouth in 2006.
I continue to develop ways of integrating shiatu, seitai and acupuncture into a coherent blend. This means that everyone receives a different mix of treatment depending on their needs and wishes. I find this a very satisfying, deep way of working, giving me the ability to get to grips with an amazing variety of people and conditions.
