Go to http://www.shiatsudirectory.co.uk/shiatsudirectory/user.name/
On this page there will be a form that asks you to provide your login and password details. Enter your details there, and you will be able to access your admin pages. If you have forgotten your login details please email the Directory administrator.
The pages in your site are listed in the 'Pages' section on the left hand side. Click on one of these pages and you will be able to update it.
In the 'Images' section, click on Add/delete. You will see a list of images already available to you. You can delete these, and upload new files. You can only upload .jpg files (normally photographs). If you cannot upload a file, please check the file type.
Click on the 'Add/Edit/Delete' links in each of the sections. Fill in the boxes to add new content, or click on delete to delete an item.
Click on one of the links under 'Select a Style'. Now take a look at your website... Don't like it? Don't worry, just switch it back to the style it was before. It's as easy as that!

You can't. But you can hide it. Click on 'Show/hide a page' in the 'Pages' section. You will see a list of the pages in your site. Click on 'show' to show a page if it is hidden, or 'hide' to hide a page that is being shown. This is useful if you are working on a page, but it isn't finished and you don't want anyone to see it.

If you lose your data, we will make every effort to recover it for you. However, this may not always be possible. It is much safer if you make sure your files are backed up. Click on 'Backup Files', and follow the instructions there.
