As requested by HM Customs & Excise we will keep records of any transactions you enter into for seven years. This is so that we can respond to any complaints or disputes that may arise in that period.

held in memory rather than being stored on your computer. When you close your
web browser it is deleted.
The second cookie only applies if you are a member
of the Shiatsu Society and visit the members area of the website. When you
log on to the members area a cookie is placed on your computer. This cookie
records your login details and saves you having to re enter your password each
time you visit the site. If you choose not to allow this cookie the site will
still work for you, however you will have to enter your password each time
you visit.
Neither cookie tracks the pages that you visit and does not transmit any data to other websites or third parties.
