European Shiatsu Week

Held annually - the 3rd week of September

2010 - 20th to 26th September

 

This will be the 6th European Shiatsu Week with a series of events taking place around the UK. It is the perfect time to try something different. Many Shiatsu Society's in Europe also participate in this promotion with radio interviews, special offers, advertisements, articles and taster treatments.

The week aims to increase awareness of Shiatsu as a complementary therapy and highlights the range of benefits that the treatment can offer.

Our practitioners offer various promotions such as free taster treatments, discounted treatments, radio interviews, open days and much more.

Dr Hilary Jones has supported the Shiatsu Society's publicity drive and has conducted various radio & TV interviews.

THE SHIATSU COLLEGE BRIGHTON
The college will be running its annual Open Day on Sunday 26th September, 11-4pm at the Ki Centre, Queen's Square, Brighton. They will be offering taster treatments and talking to the public about Shiatsu training. There will also be a demonstration of Shiatsu and Qi Gong sessions.

City Library – we have negotiated a major Shiatsu presence here for all of European Shiatsu week.  We will have a display board, table and massage chair on Level 2, near the cafe entrance.
