The discussion board comprises 3 levels.
1) The discussion boards open with a list of TOPICS. You cannot add new topics. If you feel we have missed something important please contact the "admin" by using the moderator link at the top of the page.
2) Each TOPIC has a number of SUBTOPICS (sometimes called threads).
3) Each SUBTOPIC will have messages that you can both read and add to.
If a TOPIC doesnt have a SUBTOPIC (thread) that describes what you want to discuss you can start a new one. Please check BEFORE starting a new SUBTOPIC that what you want to say couldnt be added to an existing SUBTOPIC.
